Shimla is know as queen of Hills, is capital of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla is very famous for its natural beauty and some of historical monuments. Manali is a magnet, attracting many tourists from all over the world the landscape here is breath taking.

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 01  Arrival Delhi – Shimla
Meal: Dinner
Warm welcome on the arrival at Delhi airport / railway station, well pick up and drive to Shimla. Distance from Delhi airport to Shimla is about 350 Kms, car will take 08 hrs approx to reach Shimla.

Reach Shimla transfer to hotel, check in and overnight.

Day 02: Shimla Local Sightseeing
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Wake up in the morning with a new excitement, fresh n up, breakfast at hotel and leave for Shimla Sightseeing. We have included many of tourist points, you will make your tour memorable with Travel Shop Himalaya.

Shimla Popular Tourist Places
The Ridge, Mall Rode, Lakkar Bazar & Scandal Point- all the places are situated next to each other, The Mall Road is connected with the Scandal point and walking ahead people will reach the Ridge, The ridge is big plane ground in top of the hill, is the starting point to Jakhu. From the Ridge next you will reach Lakkar Bazar where you shop many items made by wood. The Church si Situated on the Ridge, Christ Church is the second oldest church in Northern India. The Gaiety Theatre situated on the Mall, has a multipurpose hall on the top floor. Are and cultural programs are regularly held here. The Institute of Advance Study (the former viceregal Lodge has a small museum on the premises. State Museum, while in Shimla, it is advised not to miss the glimpses of the Shimla State Museum. Also known as the Himachal State Museum, it is situated on Mount Pleasant. Sprawling lawns along with rich culture and heritage are really remarkable and exotic. Various galleries like Indian archeology, Photographs, Bronzes, Arms Gallery, Gandhi Gallery, Philatelic, Anthropological, Pahari Miniature Paintings, Rajasthan Paintings, Contemporary Art, Himachal archaeology, Prehistoric objects, Wood Carvings, Monuments, and Wall Paintings Gallery. Kali bari Temple: The Kalibari Temple in Shimla is dedicated to Goddess Kali. This religious spot offers a magnificent view of Himalayas, making it stunning hilltop. Jakhu Hill dedicated to the monkey god Hanuman. It’s located near the highest point of the ridge and offers fine views of the town, surrounding valley and snow-capped peaks. Summer Hill is about 5.5 Kms from the Ridge, Summer hill is combination of different types of flora like deodar, cedar, pine. HPU (Himachal Pradesh University) is situated in the Summer Hill. Tara Devi Temple is situated in hill and about 12 km by vehicular road.

Johnnie’s Wax Museum in Shimla Free Entry by Travel Shop Himalaya:- Shimla’s wax museum has 17 life size wax statues of popular personalities f the om various field such as Bollywood, Sports, Hollywood, Politicians, Sports. The statues displayed at the historic Willow Bank Estate are made in Madame Tussauds, London ( the most famous wax museum in the world).
Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – The Mall & The Ridge.

Day 03: Shimla – Manali
Meal: Breakfast
Start early from Shimla so you can spend more time on the way towards Manali and reach before dark.
At 105 KM from Shimla you will reach Bilaspur. After Bilaspur you will reach Haribag , this is the launch point and you will see many restaurants , Dhabas at right side and at your left side will be Sunder Nagar Lake. Photography is not allowed here.
After traveling 25 KM from Sundarnagar you will reach Mandi. Here you will meet river Beas. This river will be at your right side upto Manali. All the scenic places will start from here. So try to reach Mandi as early as possible.
12 KM from Mandi you can see Pandoh Dam at your right. Photography is not allowed here. You will climb up the hill and to your right the total dam view will be visible.
Further drive about 50 Kms from Mandi Good restaurants are available at Aut , all these restaurants have extended gardens and lawns by the side of the river. Take a cup of tea here and then start moving towards Kullu..
You can also visit Hanogi Mata Temple. This temple is on the Chandigarh-Manali highway accessible from the road, a beautiful temple dedicated to local hindu goddess Hango mata..view from the temple is scenic with river .
A Kullu shawl is a type of shawl made in Kullu, India, featuring various geometrical patterns and bright colors. Originally, indigenous Kullvi people would weave plain shawls, but following the arrival of craftspeople from Bushahr in the early 1940s, the trend of more patterned shawls came to rise. Kullu is famous for River Rafting and Shawl Factroy
If time Allows you can do River rafting at Beas River in Kullu. Later drive to Manali & Overnight stay.

Day 04: Manali
Meal: Breakfast + Dinner
About Manali– Manali is a magnet, attracting many tourists from all over the world the landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards.

Sightseeing:-
Solang Valley is 14 kms from Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass. A beautiful picnic place where you can take some adventure activities like, paragliding, snow scooter, Zobring, cable car Rope way & horse riding etc.
Hadimba Temple is the prime attraction of tourist, it is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Mata Hadimba Devi wife of Bhima (Mahabharata), locally it is also known as Dhungari Temple.
Himachal Culture And Folk Art Museum is small and heritage museum, you will see various traditional objects & Building models.
Tibetan Monasteries is popular tourist place, amazing beautiful handicraft made by local residence attract the people to by on very good price and make it as a memory from this place.
Manu Temple is in old Manali and about 03 kms from main market. Temple is dedicated to the sage Manu.
Club House is situated in center of the city and run by Himachal Pradesh Tourism. Club house is open for everyone & offer many of facilities for all type of visitors e.i roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar, and a restaurant. The place is one of the most favorite attractions in Manali for kids, who can play video games, enjoy Go carting etc. Carrom, Tennis Table and Pool is also available here.
Vashisht Hot Water Springs is about 3.5 kms from Manali Bus stand, Vashisht Temple is there dedicated to rishi Sage Vashisht (Kula Guru of Lord Rama) The Vashisht Hot water spring also very popular attraction of this region.
Nehru Kund is a natural crystal water source in about 5 kms from Manali towards Rohtang Highway.
Jogini Falls – drive & walk around 3 Kms (only for those who are looking short trekking in Manali) it is about 3 kms from Vashisht Temple, you can enjoy the passes through apple orchards and narrow lane, pine trees and water streams. You can also enjoy some local food in restaurants on the way to Jogini Falls.
Mall Road is the main street in Manali, Mall road has a number of showrooms, shops, restaurants café and many category of hotels. Himachal Emporium locally designed woollen clothes, branded clothes, pottery items, wooden products etc..
Van Vihar National park is another tourist attraction in Manali, people walk through the deodar tree. It is an ideal place for hangout and picnic.
After sightseeing back to hotel, overnight stay.

Day 05: Manali – Kullu – Naggar – Manali
Meal: Breakfast + Dinner
Another exited day with pleasant morning, fresh, have breakfast and proceed to day Excursion. Naggar Village is beautiful small village around 25 Kms from Manali towards Kullu. Naggar is famous for the Naggar castle which houses the Nicholas Roerich art museum. Naggar is home to a few ancient temples like Gauri Shanker Temple dedicated to Shiva Tripura Sundari temple and Vasuki Nag Temple.

Arjun Gufa at a distance of 21 km from Manali Arjun Gufa (Arjuna’s Cave) is located towards Naggar and is based on the left bank of Beas river.
After sightseeing back to Manali & overnight stay.

Day 06: Manali – Delhi Departure
Meal: Breakfast
Last day of our memorable tour, wake up in the morning, fresh n up, breakfast at hotel and leave for Chandigarh. We drop you at railway station / airport to catch the train /flight back to home.
