DETAILED TOUR ITINERARY

Day-1 Arrival Delhi
Meal: Dinner
Warm welcome on the arrival at airport / railway station, our representative take you to hotel and arrange smooth check in process, he will introduced by necessary documents and suggest comfortable time for next morning sightseeing sightseeing. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day-2 Delhi sightseeing– Udaipur (by Flight)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Wake up in the morning with a new excitement, fresh n up, breakfast at hotel then check out and leave for Delhi Half Day Sightseeing. We have included many of tourist point, you will make your tour memorable with Travel Shop Himalaya.
Sightseeing:-
Delhi is the capital of India, have many historical and cultural tourist points to visit. Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. We will also visit “The Laxminarayan Temple” known as the Birla Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Laxminarayan in Delhi, India. The temple is built in honour of Lakshmi (Hindu goddess of wealth), and her consort Narayana. Further we visit Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture.

Later post lunch today, we drive to New Delhi Airport to board our flight to Udaipur.
We arrive Udaipur Airport, get arrival transfer with assistance followed by check into hotel.

Udaipur is a beautiful city of Lakes, Udaipur is located 403 kilometers (250 miles) southwest of the state capital, Jaipur. Udaipur was the historic capital of the former kingdom of Mewar in Rajputana Agency. Udiapur has beautiful Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar Lake, Udai Sagar and Swaroop Sagar in this city that’s why Udaipur also known as city of Lakes.
Udaipur is historical city in Rajasthan was founded in the year 1568 by Maharana Udai Singh. Undoubtedly one of the most romantic cities in India, its beautiful Palaces are mirrored in the calm waters of Lake Pichola & the city is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces & temples. Day-3 Udaipur full day City Tour
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Another charming day of your Historical Tour. Morning fresh n up, breakfast at hotel & leave for Udiapur city tour. Full day tour of Udaipur we visit the City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings contributed by various Maharanas (Kings) after Udai Singh & built in the year 1725. Later we visit Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter & the Ladies of the Queen’s court. Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, is the largest & the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images. We also enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats & embankments. The Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) & Jag Mandir, the two island palaces on the lake look like pearls in the lake. After sightseeing back to hotel and overnight stay.

Day-4 Udaipur – Jodhpur (drive)

After breakfast leave for another historical & Cultural city of your Tour, “Jodhpur”. Time taken from Udaipur to Jodhpur is about 05-06 hrs by Car.
Jodhpur, The city is known as the Sun City for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys all year. It is also referred to as the Blue City due to the blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort. Bustling desert city is the second largest city in Rajasthan & has landscape dominated by the massive Mehrangarh Fort topping a sheer rocky ridge.It was formerly the seat of a Princely state, also known as Marwar.

En route Ranakpur En route we will visit Ranakpur, renowned for some marvellously carved Jain temples in marble, created in the 15th century AD during the reign of Rana Kumbha.
Later we continue our drive to Jodhpur. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day-5 Jodhpur – Pushkar (Drive)

Wake up in the morning with a new excitement, fresh n up, breakfast at hotel then check out and leave for Jodhpur sightseeing. Jodhpur, visiting the Mehrangarh Fort (Majestic Fort), one of the most impressive & formidable structures anywhere in India. We also visit The Fort Museum houses an exquisite collection of palanquins, howdahs (Elephant saddles), royal cradles, miniatures paintings, musical instruments, costumes & furniture, we also visit Jaswant Thada,It is an architectural landmark of Jodhpur.
Today we drive down to Pushkar. Pushkar, Pushkar is one of the oldest cities of India. Located at the bank of Pushkar Lake is famous for Pushkar Fair, There is a Hindu Temple of Bramha, the creator of Universe. Upon arrival check the hotel and later explore the village of your own.
Driver form Jodhpur to Pushkar is about 05 hrs, try to reach early evening at Pushkar, you will take Camel Ride at Pushkar. Camel Safari in Pushkar is the perfect option for those who wish to get desert experience in Rajasthan and learn about the rustic lifestyle of the local. Camel will take you to sun set point and after spending some time back to Pushkar. Overnight stay.

Day-6 Pushkar sightseeing – Jaipur (Drive)

Cheer up day with new experience, check out from the hotel after breakfast, leave to Pushkar sightseeing including- Pushkar Holly Lake, Bramha Temple & Ajmer Dargah.
After sightseeing drive to Jaipur, is about 160 Kms from Pushkar taking 03 hrs to reach by car.
Reach Jaipur by late afternoon transfer to hotel and check in.
In the Late evening, around 1700 Hours we drive 25 Kms from Jaipur to have a visit of “Chokhi Dhani” (an Ethinic Village) Capturing the spirit of Rajasthan and ensuring the perfect Rajasthani experience is Chokhi Dhani, a unique Village Resort. Chokhi Dhani literally means a “fine hamlet” i.e. a quintessential village that offers an ideal pastoral experience. Away from the urban life the quaint mud and thatch dwellings in the resort give the right blend of traditions – modern amenities in typical ethnic environment. After dinner at Village back to hotel and rest.

Day-7 Jaipur Full day City Tour

Today you have a time to visit capital of Rajasthan. “Jaipur” popularly known as the Pink City, largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Jaipur is the first planned city of India, located in the semi-desert lands of Rajasthan. Jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II who ruled from 1699–1744 and initially his capital was Amber.
Today morning around 07:00 am we drive 11 Km to Amber Fort, the palace complex which stands to this date was commenced under the reign of Raja Man Singh. We take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience. Later we visit the City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven-storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens & the city. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date. We also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world through its 593 stone Jharokas (mini windows).

Day-8 Jaipur – Agra via Fatehpur Sikri

Gear up for next city, beautifully situated on the banks of river Yamuna. Drive from Jaipur to Agra will take around 06 hrs, en route visit Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost Capital), the political capital of India’s Mughal Empire under Akbar’s reign, from the year 1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned, ostensibly due to lack of water. We visit Emperor Akbar’s Residential complex, Mosque & Tomb of Salim Chisti.

Further drive to Agra. It achieved prominence as the capital of the Mughal Emperors from the year 1526 to 1628, remains major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era monuments, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort

Day-9 Agra – Varanasi (by Train)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Healthy breakfast and check out from the hotel. At Agra after sightseeing late evening we take overnight train to Varanasi.
First attraction at Agra we visit is Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal love, which stands on the banks of River Yamuna. It was built by the 5th Mughal emperor, Shah Jehan in the year 1631 in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It was completed in 22 years. Further we visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. The Fort can be more accurately described as a walled palatial city. It was built from red sandstone, often inlaid with white marble & intricate decorations. We will also visit Sikandara, Akbar’s tomb. His son Jahangir completed the construction of the tomb in the year 1613. Later around 1400 Hours we Check out and drive to Agra Railway Station to board our train to Varanasi. Overnight train Journey.

Day-10 Arrival Varanasi & Sightseeing

You will arrive in today morning by train, our representative will meet you at Railway station and assist you till hotel check in.
Varanasi, picturesquely situated on the banks of holy river Ganga. The city is the Oldest Living City of the World & traces of its existence are found around 10000 BC. Other than being a very holy city for Hindus, it also holds a very significant association with Buddha’s life & Buddhism.
Half Day Excursion
Later today in the evening we take an excursion to Sarnath, the site of the deer park where Gautama Buddha is said to have given his first sermon about the basic principles of Buddhism. It has been a premier centre for Buddhism & has a rich collection of ancient Buddhist relics & antiques comprising numerous Buddha & Bodhisattva images on display at the Archaeological Museum. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day-11 Varanasi Sightseeing

A new charming day with new feelings and experience, Varanasi is very beautiful city on the bank of holy river Ganga. After breakfast our sightseeing will start from Vishwanath Temple, Vishweshwara Jyotirlinga has a very special and unique significance in the spiritual history of India. We continue of sightseeing of Varanasi we visit “Bharat Mata Temple” The Bharat Mata temple at Varanasi is the only temple dedicated to Mother India. The Bharat Mata temple was built by Babu Shiv Prasad Gupt and inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1936. The statute of Bharat Mata is built in marble and is a model of undivided India, later we visit “Durga Mata Temple” is also known as the “monkey temple" is one of the important temples of Varanasi. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. According to legends, the present statue of Goddess Durga was not made by man but appeared on its own in the temple. The Durga temple is also called Monkey temple because of the presence of large number of monkeys.
Later in the evening we go for sightseeing of “Banaras Hindu University” after sightseeing back to hotel & overnight stay.

Day-12 Varanasi – Delhi (via Flight)

We enjoy our lavish Breakfast at Hotel. Today morning free for own activity we explore the city on foot.
Later post lunch we checkout and drive to Varanasi airport to board our flight to New Delhi. On arrival New Delhi get arrival transfer with assistance followed by hotel Check inn.

Day-13 Delhi – Amritsar (via Morning Train)

Another day of our memorable tour, you will enjoy train journey to Amritsar, morning packaged breakfast or light toste & juice at hotel then check out, leave to Delhi railway station to catch the train to Amritsar.

Arrive Amritsar in afternoon transfer to hotel and get fresh n up.
Later late in the afternoon we drive 10 Kms to “Wagha Border” one of the most attractive destination of Amritsar, People visit this place in large numbers to witness the lowering down of the flags of both countries. The only post, where a special parade is organised to lower the flags simultaneously from the flag poles in the evening, beams with activity. The flag lowering ceremony, better known as the ‘Retreat’ is performed everyday, Shortly before sunset, by Border Security Force (BSF) jawans on the Indian side and Pakistan Rangers on the other side. Evening back to hotel and overnight.

Day-14 Amritsar – Delhi (via Evening Train)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Morning time to visit historical and religious place “Amritsar”. It is also the centre of Sikhism and the site of the Sikhs’ principal place of worship—the Harmandir Sahib, or Golden Temple.
Our tour will start from “Golden Temple”, it is the most sacred temple of the Sikhs built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The lower portion of the temple displays white marble inlay work and the upper portion is embellished with copper coated over by gold plate. Later we visit “Jallian Wala Memorial”, it is memory of martyrs-13 April,1919" has been inscribed in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English. Post lunch we visit “Durgiana Temple” Situated outside the Hathi Gate Durgiana Mandir is largest Hindu Temple in the city. This temple is devoted to goddess Durga and dates back to 16th century.
Later around 1400 Hours, checkout from the hotel and around 1600 Hours we drive to Amritsar railway station to board evening train to Delhi.
We arrive New Delhi railway station around 23:30 Hours, on arrival get arrival transfer with assistance followed by Hotel Check inn & overnight stay.

Day-15 Delhi sightseeing
